Despite our efforts to run every class as scheduled and posted on our website, there may be occasions when a class must be canceled or rescheduled. Should a class be canceled or rescheduled, Accelerate will gladly refund your registration fee or reschedule you into another session of the same class. Accelerate is not responsible for any other costs incurred as a result of a canceled or rescheduled class, including but not limited to fees incurred for airline changes or cancellations or hotel deposits.
If an individual or organization needs to cancel or reschedule a class for which he/she/they are signed up, that individual or organization must let Accelerate know at least seven days prior to the scheduled class date. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your registration fee. Please contact us if you may have to reschedule or cancel and we will try to work with you to get you the training you need.
