In this three-hour class for Windows and Mac users, you will learn how to use Microsoft Teams for Business (different than Microsoft Teams for Education) to communicate and collaborate efficiently with teams of people within your organization through instant chat and online meetings. You will learn how to build new teams, create discussion channels within a team, initiate chat conversations, and upload and manage files in a channel's library. You will also learn how to schedule and conduct online Teams meetings, share your screen, collaborate on a whiteboard, and use breakout rooms. You will explore the gallery of apps available within the Teams ecosystem, and learn how to govern permissions over your teams and channels.
This class requires only basic computing skills, such as using a mouse and opening and closing windows. No prior Teams experience is required.
